# Bullying Policy

### **Short Answer**

We practise zero tolerance for all forms of bullying, supported by clear reporting channels and immediate intervention.

### **Detailed Answer**

Epren Academy enforces a robust anti-bullying policy to ensure a safe environment for all learners. Bullying—whether physical, verbal, emotional, cyber, or through social exclusion—is strictly prohibited. Learners are encouraged to report incidents through any of the following:

- Class teacher
- Deputy Head Teacher
- Guidance & Counselling Office
- Anonymous reporting boxes

All reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly. The school applies corrective measures, counselling, parental involvement, and follow-up to ensure the well-being and safety of the affected learner. Prevention strategies include awareness programs, guidance sessions, classroom rules, and value-based education.
