# Do You Accept Transfers?

### **Short Answer**

Yes, we accept transfers in all levels as long as space is available.

### **Detailed Answer**

Epren Academy welcomes transfer learners from other institutions, provided there is available space in the specific grade. The transfer process includes a friendly assessment to understand the learner’s academic readiness and identify support needs, if any. We also require a transfer letter from the previous school as part of compliance and student record integrity.

Once accepted, the learner is onboarded through a structured transition process, including academic orientation, class placement, and introduction to school routines. Our team works closely with parents to ensure transfers feel safe, confident, and supported.
