# Teacher Qualifications at Epren Academy

### **Short Answer**

All teachers are fully qualified under Ministry of Education standards and have CBC training.

### **Detailed Answer**

Epren Academy employs a team of qualified, committed, and CBC-trained teachers. All our educators meet or exceed the Ministry of Education requirements in terms of training, certification, and professional competence. Many hold additional instruction-related credentials, including CBC training, digital literacy certification, and ongoing professional development.

Teachers participate in regular workshops, coaching sessions, and curriculum planning meetings to ensure they deliver high-quality, modern, child-centered instruction. Their role extends beyond academics—they mentor learners, support emotional well-being, guide behaviour, and help each child identify and grow their strengths.
