Admissions Process – Epren Academy
A Simple, Transparent Path to Join Our Family of Excellence
At Epren Academy, we believe applying for admission should be simple, supportive, and stress-free.
Our admissions process is designed to help families understand our values, meet our team, and find the right class placement for their child within the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) structure.
Whether you are enrolling a preschooler or transferring a junior secondary student, our goal is to make your child’s transition smooth, welcoming, and exciting.
1. Enquiry & School Tour
The journey begins when parents contact our Admissions Office or complete an online enquiry form.
We invite interested families to visit the school for a guided tour — an opportunity to explore our classrooms, sports facilities, library, and vibrant learning environment in Donholm, Eastlands – Nairobi.
Tip: Tours can be booked on weekdays during school hours.
2. Application Submission
Parents can apply by completing the Epren Academy Application Form — available online or at the school reception.
To complete the application, please attach:
Copy of the pupil’s birth certificate
Recent school report or transfer letter (where applicable)
Two passport-size photos of the pupil
Parent/guardian ID copy
All forms should be submitted with a non-refundable application fee (details available from the admissions office).
3. Interview & Assessment
To ensure appropriate class placement, learners are invited for a short interview or academic assessment.
Assessments focus on literacy, numeracy, communication, and social readiness — all aligned with CBC expectations.
Interviews and assessments are conducted every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
4. Admission Offer
Successful applicants receive an official letter of offer within a few days of assessment.
This letter confirms your child’s placement, start date, and next steps.
Parents then meet our Headteacher or class teacher to discuss learning goals, expectations, and uniform guidelines.
5. Fee Payment & Enrolment
To secure the admission, parents must:
Pay the admission and first-term fees as indicated on the offer letter.
Submit all required supporting documents.
Collect the official admission pack and uniform list.
Once payment is confirmed, your child officially becomes part of the Epren Academy community — where we model excellence every day.
6. Orientation & Welcome
All new pupils attend a short orientation session to familiarize themselves with the school environment, teachers, and classmates.
Parents are also invited to a welcome briefing where we share our policies, values, and communication channels.
This ensures that both learners and parents feel connected, informed, and ready to thrive from Day One.

Admission is open throughout the year, depending on space availability.
Priority is given to families who align with our school values of excellence, integrity, and respect.
