At Epren Academy, we take great joy in welcoming new families into our vibrant learning community.
Once your child’s application and assessment have been reviewed, successful applicants receive an official Offer of Admission — the first exciting step in joining a school that models excellence in academics, character, and service.

Our Offer and Acceptance process is clear, respectful, and family-centered, ensuring you have all the information you need to make a confident decision.

1. Offer of Admission

Following your child’s assessment and interview, our Admissions Office will notify parents within a few working days.
Successful applicants will receive:

• A Letter of Offer confirming placement

• Details of the class or grade offered

• Information on fees, uniform, and start date

• Instructions for acceptance and enrolment

Parents are encouraged to review these documents carefully and contact the school if any clarification is needed.

2. Acceptance of Offer

To confirm your child’s place at Epren Academy, parents must complete the Acceptance Form and return it to the Admissions Office within five (5) working days of receiving the offer.

At this stage, families are required to:

• Pay the admission fee and first-term tuition as specified in the offer letter

• Submit any outstanding documents (birth certificate, medical form, photos, etc.)

• Acknowledge receipt of our School Policies and Parent Handbook

Prompt confirmation ensures that your child’s place is reserved and their welcome package is prepared in time for school opening.

3. Admission Confirmation

Once payment and documents have been received, the school will issue a Confirmation of Admission Letter and an Official Receipt.
Parents will also receive:

• A Uniform List and Booklist

• Details of school transport (if required)

• Orientation and reporting date information

From that point, your child is officially an Epren Academy pupil — part of a school that believes in nurturing excellence for life.

4. Joining the School

Before the start of term, all new pupils attend a short orientation session, and parents are invited to a welcome briefing with the Headteacher and class teachers.
This allows your family to meet the staff, tour the campus, and understand the routines that make Epren Academy a safe, caring, and inspiring place to learn.

Important Notes

• Offers are valid for a limited time; unconfirmed places may be reassigned.

• Admission is subject to availability and satisfactory completion of all requirements.

• The school reserves the right to review offers if false or incomplete information is provided.
