1. Fee Structure Overview

Epren Academy offers flexible, all-inclusive termly fees that cover tuition, learning materials, and selected co-curricular activities.
Additional services such as transport, meals, and uniforms are billed separately.

2. What Fees Include

Our school fees are designed to provide a comprehensive and enriching learning experience, covering:

Pastoral care and mentorship programs
Continuous assessment and reporting

3. Additional Costs (Optional)

Certain services and activities are optional and billed separately, such as:

Transport Services – safe and reliable routes across Donholm, Pipeline, Umoja, and Komarock
Uniforms – available at approved school suppliers
Educational Trips & Special Programs – billed as needed

4. Payment Schedule

School fees are payable per term and must be settled before the start of each academic term.
We accept payments via:

Bank deposit or transfer
M-Pesa PayBill (details available at the Accounts Office)

Parents who require flexible payment options may contact the Bursar’s Office to discuss approved plans.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy

In the event of a withdrawal, fees are non-refundable once the term begins, except under special circumstances approved by the school management.
Advance notice must be given in writing if a pupil will not be returning for the next term.
